This footage is from the early era of space technology, back when Earth only had one spaceship in orbit! The spaceship was titled the International Space Station, ISS for short. The vessel could only support a crew of 3 Homo sapiens due to the large life support systems and supplies required to be sent by a planet more willing to fund war than space exploration.
As you can see in this moving image, the spaceship is being restocked of supplies. Included in the supplies are food, scientific apparatuses, and a female. Females were still considered property at this time and were sent to the astronauts to satisfy their sexual desires.
